Training Needs Analysis
To familiarize employees with the new Illinois laws going into effect in 2020 and to refresh all teams on proper product procedures. Training consultant / SME desired it to appeal to both new and tenured staff members.
Course Design
Incorporated the minimalist, yet bright design of WCC branding. If learner answers incorrectly, knowledge checks link back to appropriate slide to relearn. Engages with drag & drop interactions and forced navigation ensures that learners complete each chapter to proceed. To pass course, learners must achieve 80% on the exam.
