Hi, I’m Sylvia! I’m a learning designer, and I cut my teeth in the industry by facilitating and creating pivotal training programs for Fortune 500 company Estee Lauder. I am deeply committed to elevating the educational experience for front line teams and leaders, because the marketplace is always changing in fascinating ways. Currently, I’m designing programs for the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Having supported others' career growth as a manager for many years, I am especially passionate about Leadership Development. I thrive on aligning people leaders' talents with inventive coaching and support methods. Essentially, I want to provide them with the kinds of interpersonal tools that will make the tough parts of being a leader just a bit easier. To that end, I consider myself a lifelong leadership student, continuously seeking out new approaches and trends in the industry.
